Weidi is currently a textile design postgraduate in Chelsea College of Art and Design, University of the Arts London. Her research is funded by China Scholarshio Council.

She also is working as a lecture in GuangDong University of Technology.

Weidi’s MA project centres on East meets West theme in contemporary textile design.
